How To Apply

This is a State Plan scheme which came into existence in 1970-71. It was transferred by Social Welfare Deptt. in the year 1991-92 to Dev. and Panchayats Deptt. The aim is to provide a common platform to the communities for celebrating their community functions like marriages, festivals and to discuss the issues of common importance. The development of villages like construction of community centres, link roads between villages for width less than 5 karam, paths to fields under Mukhyamantri Kisan Khet Sadak Yojana, Phirnis, Rural Sports Stadium at villages level and Government may approve any other development works other than above will also be taken up under this scheme. The original outlay for the year 2023-24 is Rs. 700 crore. Supplementary budget grant has been approved to Rs. 500 crore and thus, revised outlay for the year 2023-24 is Rs. 1200.00 Cr. The budget allocation under this scheme is Rs. 784.48 crore during 2023-24 (upto 8.12.2023).
