This scheme provides the funds for annuity and funds for laying down the electricity and others facility in the colony developed under the MGGBY Scheme.
A Special Task Force has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Block Development & Panchayats Officer, concerned to analysis the Bastis developed under this scheme. This committee will also conduct a survey of these bastis and will submit its report of the essential development needed.
Now during the current financial year i.e. 2024-25 a fund Rs. 30 crores has been approved under the scheme. An amount of Rs. 13.50 Crore has been allocated.
Under this scheme, funds are released in two ways: first, annuity funds Rs. 10,000/- per acres are being released in lieu of land utilization for allotting the plots under the scheme. Secondly, the funds are released to the PHED, DHBVN and UHBVN as per its demand for providing the basic facilities like of electricity, water etc in the Bastis development under this scheme.
